Sept. 18-20, 2020
WHEN?
When will the schedule be posted?
Arranging the schedule for such a large number of artists is a delicate puzzle. We'll try to have the schedule available to the public 30 days before the event.
What time do the gates open?
Gates open at 8am on the Friday of the event. Gates close at midnight each night, and re-open again at 8am.
What time does the event start and end each day?
Friday music and activities kick off with an opening ceremony at 4pm and the last band starts at 2am.
Saturday music and activities start at 9am and the last band starts at 2am.
Sunday music and activities start at 9am and the festival closes with Chris Dorman in the barn at 9pm.

HOW DO I?
Is it okay for me to sell stuff on the farm if I'm not an official vendor?
Yes. Please see the merch booth for details.
Can I come and collect signatures for my cause?
Please contact info@earthworkmusic.com
How can my band apply to perform at the Earthwork Harvest Gathering?
Please send info and a video to info@earthworkmusic.com
How can I become a food vendor?... or a non-food vendor?
Check out http://earthworkharvestgathering.com/vendors for more information.

CAN I BRING... ?
Can I bring a generator for power?
Small quiet generators are permitted (except in Quiet/Family Camping). Operating hours are between 8am and midnight, same hours Main Gate is open.

Medically-necessary generators (CPAP, wheelchair charging, etc.) are permitted 24hrs/day in handicapped camping area.

Electric battery systems (Goal Zero and similar) are silent and exhaust free. These are permitted 24hrs/day.
Can I bring a personal camp stove or portable cooking device?
Yes, as long as it operates on liquid/gas fuels, electricity, or solar heat.

No wood or charcoal fires, except the official fires maintained by Earthwork.
Can I bring a bicycle to get around on the grounds?
Yes, you may bring a bike. They're only allowed north of the Hill Stage. We want to keep traffic on 'main campus' safe for foot traffic. Be careful in crowded places and where it is hard to see. No bike riding in the dark.
Can I bring a pet?
No. This means no dogs, cats, birds, squirrels, etc... Please enjoy this time with your fellow humans.

This includes all comfort animals, emotional support animals or therapy pets. These animals are not "service animals" under Title II and Title III of the ADA. Service animals are not pets.
Can I bring my own professional photography, video, audio, drone or other recording device?
No. We have so many folks on our media team - please, just enjoy the weekend!
Can I bring my own personal golf cart/ATV/UTV to get around?
No. We can only allow staff to drive on site, except for arrival and departure. If you arrive on one of these, please park in a designated parking space and leave the vehicle there until departing.

DO YOU HAVE... ?
Do you sell ice?
No. Not this year.

Do you sell food?
There are lots of food vendor options around the farm, all weekend long.

TICKET INFORMATION
Where are tickets available?
Tickets can be purchased online at earthworkharvestgathering.com/tickets and at the farm, as early as 8am on the Friday of the event.
I bought tickets online, but can't find my order confirmation, can you help?
Check your SPAM folder, sometimes emails get "sorted" when you don't want them to. Also, try searching your mail for "Earthwork Harvest Gathering Tickets".
I thought that I was on a guest list, but the folks at the gate can't find me. What should I do?
You'll need to contact the person who would have put you on the guest list. With such a crowd, it's impossible for the gate volunteers to handle sorting out everyone's individual guest list.
Can I transfer my ticket into someone else's name?
We will allow ticket transfers until the Wednesday before the event. If you'd like for your ticket to be transferred to another name, please send an email to info@earthworkmusic.com - include your order number(s) and the names that you wish to be swapped. The transfer is not complete until you receive an email confirmation reply.
I bought a ticket from someone, how can I be sure that it's legit?
Order numbers are unique, and we will ID ticket holders at the gate. If you show up to claim a ticket without an ID, you'll be turned away.
Can I pay for 2 day passes and get both wristbands ahead of time?
No. Day passes are only available on the day of that pass. Day passes do not include camping. You can purchase a Friday pass on Friday, and then purchase a Saturday pass when you return to the property on Saturday.

VOLUNTEERS
Do you need any help? Can I volunteer?
Yes! Check out our volunteer sign up at helptheherd.com - once you're logged in, you'll be able to see every open volunteer shift. You can sign up for something that works with your schedule and for every 4-hour shift you work, we'll reimburse $40 of your ticket cost.
Can I volunteer (1) shift, or do I need to work (3) to cover the cost of my whole ticket?
YES! Work as many or as few shifts as you'd like!
If you purchased a $120 adult weekend pass, every (1) shift worked will get you re-paid $40 of your ticket cost:
1 shift = $40 back
2 shifts = $80 back
3 shifts = $120 back
* Reimbursement amount cannot exceed what you paid for your ticket.
